Hamilton Jamaican Pimento Dram Liqueur

A blend of pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from the Worthy Park Estate sugar mill, sugar and Jamaican Pimento, also known as allspice.

The berry of the Pimenta dioica tree, called pimento in the islands, aka allspice, combines the flavors of clove, cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg in one spice. Blended with Worthy Park Estate pot still rum and raw sugar, this Pimento Dram adds a unique depth of flavor to cocktails, or enjoy it on the rocks.
