Craigellachie® 13 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Bonfire night: aromas of oozing toasted marshmallows, roasted pineapple and baked apples studded with cloves, with the tang of cordite lingering in the background.

INGREDIENTS

• 60ml Craigellachie 13
• 10ml pineapple syrup
• 2 dashes of Boker’s bitters

METHOD

1. Add ingredients to a rocks glass
2. Add ice, in cubes or a block, and stir to dilute (around 30 seconds)
3. Garnish with a dried pineapple slice and a lemon twist (twist can be discarded)
