Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Poblano Liqueur

This spirit is a light greenish brown hue. Notes of poblano pepper, lightly charred and pungent with the aroma of a cheese loaded chile. Sweetness on the palate to help cut the vegetal note and hints of citrus. The finish is spicy, but not overwhelmingly hot. Kosher Certified.

Fill a collins glass with ice. Add Ancho Reyes Verde and Reyka, then slowly pour Maria Verde Mix on top. Stir and garnish with pickled onion and pickled jalapeno.
Divider desktop extra long. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer.
